John has 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor in the Central London occupier market.

He founded Bond Woodhouse in February 2000 as the first Tenant Rep Agency in the UK. He advises a wide range of office occupiers from the National Health Service to hedge funds such as Caxton Asset Management. He is Corporate Real Estate Advisor to major global companies such as TATA, SNC Lavalin, Cirrus Logic Inc., Morgan Stanley and WeWork. John has extensive experience in a wide range of London sub-markets. These include hotels, education, healthcare, leisure and student accommodation.

John graduated with a Diploma in Real Estate Management in 1985 and became a qualified MRICS in 1989.
