Tech startups and SMEs ditch Silicon Roundabout for London Bridge and Southbank

London's burgeoning tech sector is taking an increasingly large slice of prime City office space, with fast-growing companies favouring the Square Mile. Tech startups and small businesses are increasingly choosing London Bridge over former tech-heavy areas like Shoreditch and the so-called Silicon Roundabout. According to research from office and co-working space marketplace Hubble, startups and growing SMEs are leaving typical tech hotspots including Shoreditch and Soho for areas south of the river. Hubble’s search data shows London Bridge is the most popular location in London for companies searching for flexible office space in 2018.
