Bond Woodhouse acted for a private investor to acquire the Freehold of Burleigh House

Bond Woodhouse acted for a private investor to acquire the Freehold of Burleigh House, 73-75 Sheen Road, Richmond, a 4,573sqft modern 3 story office building for £3,250,000. In a complicated transition Bond Woodhouse agreed to purchase of the property subject to securing planning permission for D1 use and subject to securing vacant possession. Upon completion of the purchase the original tenant surrendered their lease and the property was let to a local charity. John Woodhouse of Bond Woodhouse acted for the purchaser, Niall Christian of Michael Rogers acted for the outgoing tenant and Rhodri Shaw of BNP Paribas acted for the Freeholder.
